Women in Automotive always strives to support increased female participation by providing opportunities for women to fulfil their goals and carve their own pathways in the automotive industry.
 
Accelerating Women into Automotive, funded by Apprenticeships Victoria, is an 18-month program which aims to increase the number of women commencing apprenticeships in the automotive industry by placing them into a five-week customised work placement that will help to provide a platform for more women to pursue a career in automotive. 
 
This program will support successful applicants as they embark on their careers through customised training and work placement at a registered training organisation, covering everything from mechanics, to engineering, sales and repairs.

By providing the right training and employment opportunities, WinA hopes to increase the completion rates of female apprentices in automotive.
