Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Sydney, NSW

 

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to join Carma’s growing, dynamic marketing team at an exciting phase of growth. In this fast paced role, you’ll not only create the digital marketing strategy, but also lead its execution and optimisation, driving commercial growth through innovative and data-driven digital campaigns.

Responsibilities;

  • Create a best in class digital marketing strategy, bringing together audience segmentation, deep understanding of platform capabilities and a nimble approach to creative testing
  • Design and execute multiple campaign strategies to drive performance at scale using your deep platform knowledge including SEO

  • Management and accountability of large budgets ensuring metric growth and spend efficiency 

  • Leverage first, second and third party data for different requirements 

  • Coach and develop the Digital Marketing Specialist, and work closely with all other members of the marketing team to embed digital thought leadership

  • Develop strong relationships with our partners, agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high performance and innovation 

  • Develop and continually evolve a digital measurement framework across all channels to set goals and monitor performance 

  • Analyse data to create deep and rich insights of both marketing and commercial metrics articulating ROI  

  • Partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure data hygiene, regulation compliance and robust approach for implementation of tagging and tracking across all channels 

About You;

  • Bring a minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a high pace e-commerce environment 
  • Passion for new technology, marketing automation, digital disciplines and data driven communication

  • Proficiency in managing a diverse set of digital channels, including Facebook and Google

  • Exceptionally analytical and data-driven and highly skilled at translating this into actionable strategies

  • Advanced knowledge of a data system, experience in Google Analytics 4 being ideal

  • Embrace strategic thinking while maintaining a hands-on operational approach as needed 

  • Any experience or knowledge of the automotive industry would be a bonus!

Parts Interpreter
Location: Sydney, NSW

 

As the Parts Interpreter at Carma, you will be the go-to person for sourcing the right parts efficiently and cost-effectively.

 

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven person who thrives on problem-solving and can come up with creative methods to source parts. Take on the chance of collaborating closely with our operations and mechanical team and join us in the journey of delivering high-quality cars to our customers!

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Identify, order, receive and allocate all parts required to complete repairs

  • Manage the quoting and purchase orders process through our custom-built tech system

  • Keep systems updated with ordering and receiving details

  • Evaluate sourcing options (OEM, Aftermarket, etc.) for best-fit parts

  • Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective outcomes

  • Support the Operations Manager with insight into the cost implications of the reconditioning process for each vehicle

  • Drive continuous improvement in processes and systems to support the parts department
     

About you:  A minimum of 3 years experience in an automotive parts environment. Great product knowledge, ideally across different makes and models. Understanding auto technology and repair methods would be advantageous. Adaptable and confident in multi-tasking and prioritising based on initiative.
